Out of my imagination and personal journey images are derived, sometimes haunting, sometimes whimsical....all things intuitive are also my influence !
Brilliant color, evocative portraits fill paper and canvass.....homage pieces to the past....photographs of Chiefs and those that bear / bore witness to the historical situations First Nations people in Canada experienced are evident in my work !
As an Artist, Story teller, educator, writer, sometimes cultural worker...I see my role as an important one, as we are living in a time of change; artists are seers; & that is our role in society !
