Anne Palmer is an artist living and working in Courtenay BC. She works primarily with drawing to explore an ambiguous space in which multiplicity and fractures challenge concrete interpretations. Her drawing practice investigates the reiteration of the line as a reaction both to itself and to it's presupposed confines. Using a blank piece of paper as a starting point, she produces drawings that contain amalgamations that bleed into each other, to allow disparate and complex associations.
