I've created a series that focuses on cosmetic surgery and the alterations done to the female figure – the stitching and the covering up of the areas of the body where the knife has cut. This series also symbolizes the aftermath of the surgery, when the scaring has healed, and no one can tell on the outside that surgery ever happened, but in the inside there is evidence - nature hasn't taken its course in aging the body; man has stepped up to alter nature's makeup – man has made skin into plastic.
